Real estate developer XIN Development Group International, Inc. (XDGI) has announced 25 Days of Bloom on Forty Fifth, a promotion to celebrate its parent company’s, Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Xinyuan), 25th anniversary this May. Bloom on Forty Fifth, XDGI’s newest development located in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of New York City, is a modernist-inspired eight-story building, which features 92 condominium residences comprised of the studio to four-bedroom homes. Residents began move-ins at Bloom earlier this year and over 20 percent of units have already been sold.
